Overview

The DreamSTATE Akron Monthly Music Meetup is a small-group gathering for musicians and music-industry professionals focused on connection, collaboration, and thoughtful discussion.

This meetup is designed as a conversation-driven space rather than a formal event. There are no panels, no pitches, and no pressure. The goal is to bring together people actively engaged in making music and building sustainable creative projects, and give them room to talk openly, exchange ideas, and form real connections.

When & Format

The meetup takes place on the second Tuesday of every month, from 6:30–8:30 PM.

Each gathering is intentionally limited in size to keep discussion focused and inclusive. Seating is capped, and RSVP is required.

What to Expect

Meetups are held at Wise Guys in Akron on Tuesday evenings. The restaurant offers a hamburger special on meetup nights, providing an affordable option alongside their regular menu.
