As a Performing Artist
Jakob Ward is a performing artist with a long history of live appearances and industry showcases. He has performed at the Tower City Amphitheater alongside The Corrs and Sophie B. Hawkins, at The Odeon as part of Localpalooza, and at venues including the Hard Rock Cafe (Atlanta) and The Alley Cat (Atlanta). Additional performances include appearances at John Carroll University and multiple regional events.
Jakob has also showcased for major record labels, including Epic, Mercury, and Atlantic Records. As an independent artist, he has distributed over 7,000 CDs, including 6,300 copies of his single Maybe Tonight, which has received consistent radio airplay since its release in 2004.

Beyond performance, Jakob Ward has built an extensive career as an engineer and producer, working across a wide range of genres and media. His engineering and production credits include work with Dru Hill (Sisqó’s group), L.A. Guns, Tim “Ripper” Owens, Over The Rhine, Connor O’Brien, Billy Morris (Warrant), The Brian Lisik Band, The Fierce Invalids, 10 Cent Lovers, Kent State University Jazz Ensemble, Half Mile Home (formerly After The Rain), Tin Huey, Stereovox, Amy Staats, Roxxymoron, The Speedbumps, 20GOTO10, and 91.3 The Summit, among many others.
His work has also extended into broadcast and commercial media, including projects for The History Channel, The Discovery Channel, and Vicious World Records. To date, Jakob has worked with over 70 active clients, spanning independent artists, bands, labels, broadcasters, and media organizations.
